J Dass Corp. is looking for a Sales Manager for our group of hotels to lead sales initiatives, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across our properties. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining corporate accounts, and promoting the hotels to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy, revenue, and market share

Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and group bookings

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and promotional packages to potential clients

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful promotion and delivery of hotel services

Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to promote the hotel and generate leads

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications using CRM systems

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Collaborate with the reservations, front desk, and events teams to ensure smooth coordination of group bookings and client needs

Resolve client concerns or issues promptly to maintain strong customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed bookings

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with hotel management and operational teams

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Hotel Sales Manager, or similar hospitality sales role

Experience working with hotel management software and CRM systems

Strong understanding of hotel sales operations, including corporate sales, group bookings, and event sales

Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
