We’re building the first home energy service company in Northern California solar sales, system inspections, battery installs, generators and service under one roof. We need a D2D Sales Manager who leads from the front and builds from scratch.
You will own our NorCal office. That means recruiting on weekdays, knocking Thursday through Sunday, and running constant blitz programs. This is not a desk job.
This Role Is For Someone Who:
- Has D2D solar sales experience and knows how to train others to close
- Has built and managed a field team before
- Recruits aggressively during the week and is on the doors every weekend
- Will knock alongside their crew not manage from behind a desk
- Is hungry, coachable, and wants real long-term upside
What You’ll Own:
- Build and run the Rocklin NorCal office from the ground up
- Recruit actively Monday through Wednesday this team is yours to build
- Knock doors Thursday through Sunday alongside your crew
- Run constant blitz programs across Nor-cal pockets
- Morning huddles, weekly 1-on-1s, and daily performance accountability
- Personally close a minimum of 4 deals per month

Compensation:
- 100% commission – no cap, no ceiling
- Uncapped commission
- Personal close bonus on every deal you close yourself

Pay: $250,000.00 – $400,000.00 per year
