We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Okotoks team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead all client-facing activity at The Eagle 100 and Okotoks Online.
The Role
Lead a team of Account Managers.
You will
communicate clear objectives, track performance, and coach your team to success.
Review sales activity and identify
opportunities for growth
.
Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets.
Hire and train new Account Managers when needed.
You will
also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs.
Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager
