Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team in our Saskatoon, SK office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing team performance, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role that requires hands-on leadership and direct involvement in driving sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Account Management, and Client Engagement
- Experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Training
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with digital marketing or media industry trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Adept at using CRM software and other sales tools
Pay: $45,400.92-$151,639.19 per year
