Duties

Experience

  • Proven management experience within a sales environment, preferably in B2B sectors.
  • Demonstrable success in leading large sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales strategies, negotiations, and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysing sales metrics and pipeline management.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leadership qualities characterised by strategic thinking, resilience, and inspiring team development.
  • Prior experience in developing innovative sales approaches and driving organisational change is highly desirable.
