Job Description:
This is not a conventional SDR role. You won’t be limited to top-of-funnel execution—you’ll operate across the revenue lifecycle, shaping the pipeline while actively influencing account growth and expansion.You’ll work at the intersection of outbound strategy, account intelligence, and revenue operations—building a deep understanding of how sophisticated, high-performing sales organizations drive efficient, predictable growth.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Execute outbound campaigns across email, calls, and other channels
- Engage and qualify prospects based on ICP fit, intent signals, and business needs
- Book high-quality meetings and create sales-ready opportunities
Account Growth & Expansion
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities across existing and dormant accounts
- Analyze account behavior, engagement data, and sales signals to prioritize opportunities
- Support account planning with actionable insights for sales teams
Sales Enablement & Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM data including lead status, activities, and opportunity tracking
- Support structured workflows for outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline progression
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops teams to improve conversion and efficiency
Insights & Optimization
- Share feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance
- Identify gaps in pipeline and recommend improvements to outreach and engagement strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1– 4 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, business development, or revenue/sales operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and internal stakeholders
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
- A structured, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, signals, and insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work across multiple priorities and workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or media industries
- Exposure to outbound prospecting tools and high-volume outreach environments
- Familiarity with lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and account-based strategies
- Experience supporting upsell, retention, or reactivation programs
