Job Title: Sales Representative at Luxury Cigar Shop
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at our reputable cigar franchise. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling high-quality cigars, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for premium cigars and excellent sales skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers, offering expert knowledge and advice on cigars
Proactively engage customers to identify their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable products
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
Meet and exceed sales targets, and achieve revenue growth through effective selling techniques
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and its products, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure cash handling procedures are followed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and promotions to provide customers with the best possible experience
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the cigar industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Passion for premium cigars and strong product knowledge
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Must be 20 years of age or older
