As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in both serving our existing clients and expanding our customer base. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in sales. Our ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about building a long-term career in jewellery sales and have the charisma to connect with our customers.

Strong sales experience

Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and assist them in a professional and courteous manner
Listen attentively to understand and respond to customers’ needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
Handle jewellery with utmost care and attention
Conduct sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure the store maintains cleanliness and a visually appealing display
Collaborate with team members to accomplish tasks effectively
Embrace constructive feedback from management and apply it for personal growth
Complete assigned tasks as directed by management
Answer the phone professionally and promptly
Adhere to workplace procedures and guidelines
Show respect to customers and fellow team members
Punctually attend scheduled shifts
Preferred Assets:
At least 3 months of prior jewellery sales experience
Proficiency in changing watch batteries
Background in the jewellery industry
Laser Engraving Skills or interest
