The Opportunity

This is not your typical front desk role — this is a sales-driven position where your ability to connect, influence, and close will directly impact your success and the studio’s growth.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients while also owning the full sales process — from generating leads to converting prospects into long-term members. For the right person, this role offers a clear path into leadership and studio management.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales of Unique Service Offerings (Primary Focus)

·      Own the full sales cycle, especially timely communication and follow-up: lead generation, follow-ups, and closing

·      Meet or exceed expected sales communication targets (e.g. 50 calls/texts/emails per day)

·      Convert prospects into long-term members

·      Meet and exceed individual and studio sales targets

·      Conduct studio tours and present StretchLab’s value with confidence

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

·      Create a welcoming, premium in-studio experience

·      Build strong relationships with members and prospects

·      Ensure first-time visitors become loyal clients

·      Handle questions and concerns with professionalism

Manage Front Desk & Studio Operations

·      Greet, check in, and assist clients and prospects

·      Book and confirm intro sessions and appointments

·      Timely entry of data, maintaining and managing the CRM and other business tracking

·      Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment (including daily cleaning of the studio)

·      Support day-to-day operations and scheduling

Contribute to Studio Growth

·      Comfort with creating & posting fun and compelling social media content on behalf of the studio

·      Participate in local events, partnerships, and community outreach

·      Help generate new leads through grassroots marketing

·      Initiate discussions with local business owners and events to drive partnerships and lead generation

·      Support team initiatives and overall studio performance

What We’re Looking For

·      Proven experience in premium, sales-driven environments (wellness, boutique fitness, retail, or service preferred) in a professional, high-value environment

·      Confident, outgoing, and results-driven personality

·      Strong communication and relationship-building skills

·      Comfortable working toward targets and being held accountable

·      Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·      Experience with CRM (ClubReady) and appointment booking systems (ClubReady, Jane & Calendly), Google Sheets & Forms

·      Team player with leadership potential

·      Passion for health, wellness, and helping others

Compensation & Perks

·      Competitive hourly base + uncapped commission

·      Strong earning potential based on performance

Schedule & Other Information

·      Part-time, permanent role (Approx. 30 hours per week)

·      Must be available for days, evenings, and weekends

·      In-person position (Aurora, ON)

  • Police Check, CPR and First Aid required from candidate
