We’re looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join the crew at UNLTD Boardshop. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about snowboarding, skateboarding, and streetwear, and who brings great energy to the floor. You’ll be on the front lines of the shop—helping customers, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure the vibe is always dialed.

Responsibilities
- Create a standout customer experience through product knowledge and real, authentic conversation
- Handle transactions at the POS with confidence and accuracy
- Keep the shop looking fresh—stocking, folding, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards
- Stay up to date on the latest product drops, trends, and seasonal gear
- Support the team in meeting daily sales goals and keeping the energy high
- Help out with inventory transfers, and shop organization
- Jump in where needed and take initiative when the shop gets busy
Requirements
- You’ve got 1+ years of retail experience
- You’ve got a strong interest in snowboarding, skateboarding, and lifestyle fashion
- You’re reliable, responsible, and comfortable working independently or with a team
- You’re a good communicator, personable, and solution-oriented
- You bring attention to detail and take pride in keeping the shop running clean and smooth
- You’re available for part-time or full-time hours
