We are looking for a High-Stakes Sales Hunter to lead a 90-day market blitz. This is a “land and expand” mission designed for a seasoned pro from the Device or Pharma space who wants to prove the model and earn the right to build and lead our sales organization.
The 90-Day Sprint
Direct Outreach:
Identify and penetrate clinical practices, urgent care networks, and specialty groups.
The “Double Play”:
Demonstrate the power of the combined First Hx intake and ARIS AI Scribe solution.
Pipeline Ownership:
Execute the full sales cycle from cold outreach to live demos and closing.
Strategic Feedback:
Provide real-time market intelligence to the founders to refine our “History-to-Note” value proposition.
Qualifications
Sector Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Medical Device or Pharma sales. You understand clinical workflows and how to bypass gatekeepers.

You are self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in an autonomous, high-accountability environment.
Track Record:
You have a history of exceeding quotas and are looking for a product that truly disrupts the status quo.

Compensation & Future Trajectory
Initial Phase: 90-day performance-based contract with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.
