To succeed as a Sales Associate, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales, luxury sales, or customer-facing roles with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems, POS technology, and retail sales tools; strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; English fluency required (bilingual skills a plus for diverse clientele)
Your responsibilities as the Sales Associate will include:
- Deliver luxury retail sales experiences by providing personalized client consultations, product education, and exceptional customer service in fine jewelry and watch sales
- Build and manage a clientele portfolio using CRM software to drive repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer engagement
- Achieve and exceed retail sales goals and KPIs through proactive selling techniques, relationship building, and follow-up strategies
- Present and sell high-end merchandise, including engagement rings, diamonds, designer jewelry, and luxury gifts, with strong product knowledge and storytelling
- Support retail operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, showroom presentation, and participation in promotional events and sales initiatives
