    As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey—online, over the phone, and in person. Using strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll help customers select the right vehicle, negotiate terms that fit their lifestyle and budget, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

    What drives your day-to-day?

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on new and used vehicles, financing options, and application processes.
  • Build rapport with customers and guide them through vehicle selection and payment negotiations.
  • Present vehicles through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects via phone and email to maintain a full appointment calendar.
  • Leverage negotiation skills while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and required training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

    What Are the Must-Haves

  • Must be 18 years of age or older (insurance requirement).
  • Valid provincial driver’s license with acceptable driver’s abstract.
  • Authorized documentation to work in Canada.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and MVR screening.
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience preferred (sales, retail, marketing, or customer service).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competitive drive, resilience, consistency, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
