Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cashier/Salesperson. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
– Scan goods and collect payments
– Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
– Redeem coupons and stamps
– Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
– Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
– Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Skills:
– Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
– Bilingual proficiency is a plus
– Ability to sell products effectively
– Strong cashiering skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately
– Knowledge of technical sales for product demonstrations
– Experience in retail sales is beneficial
– Effective time management skills
