Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and attractive
- Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising strategies to maximize sales
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support store operations by adhering to company policies on cashiering, cash handling, and time management
- Promote special offers, new products, and promotional campaigns effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or related fields
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers effectively
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional language) are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong phone etiquette, time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
