We are seeking a friendly and energetic Sales Associate to join our team at our Square One location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our delicious mochi donuts, and ensuring a clean and organized kiosk environment. Your role will involve greeting customers, taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining stock levels. Prepping drinks.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide information about our mochi donuts and other products
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate the cash register and handle transactions with precision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
Restock products as needed and monitor inventory levels
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Uphold high standards of customer service at all times
Prepping drinks
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
