Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Duties: – Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation – Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations – Coordinate product demos and assist with technical sales inquiries – Communicate with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns – Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships – Assist with cash handling during sales transactions Skills: – Bilingual proficiency in is preferred – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – Ability to effectively sell products and services to customers – Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships – Knowledge of technology sales and ability to demonstrate product features – Multilingual abilities are a plus – Attention to detail and strong organizational skills This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
