Our client is expanding its customer acquisition team in San Antonio and is looking for confident, energetic individuals to join as Sales Assistants. This is a face-to-face role focused on customer engagement, live promotions, and brand representation across retail pop-ups, events, and community-based campaigns throughout the summer season.

What the Role Involves
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be representing clients directly to customers in busy public environments. No two days are exactly the same, and the role combines customer interaction, promotions, and sales support in a lively, people-focused setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Speaking with customers face-to-face at events and pop-up locations
- Introducing customers to current products, services, and offers
- Answering questions and building positive customer relationships
- Supporting customer sign-ups and onboarding
- Working alongside a team in fast-paced campaign environments
- Representing brands professionally and confidently
- Helping create engaging customer experiences throughout summer campaigns
Where You’ll Be Working
Campaigns take place across:
- Retail pop-up events
- Shopping centres
- Community locations
- High-footfall venues
- Local promotional events throughout San Antonio
This is an in-person role with plenty of variety and customer interaction built into the day-to-day environment.

Previous sales experience is not required as full product and sales training is provided.

- Weekly pay with uncapped performance-based commissions – $900 paid weekly
