Job Details:
Familiarity with and understanding of the common sales practices.
Previous experience as a sales professional will be an advantage.
Assisting with sales of jewellery (extensive knowledge of jewellery not required, but is encouraged!)
Responsible for responding to emails and social media inquires.
Organizing and problem solving skills.
Must possess basic mathematical skills.
Must display interpersonal customer service and communication skills.
Provide upbeat, professional service towards customers.
Assist to handle customer queries via phone, or in person and resolve in a timely manner.
Daily upkeep of store presentation and cleanliness.
Other tasks as assigned.
Must be a quick learner.

Job Requirements:
Dress Code – Professional Business attire only
Basic Social Media Skills – Facebook and Instagram
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
1+ years of sales or customer service experience considered an asset.
Knowledge of computers – MUST know Word and Excel.
Strong communication and organization skills.
