Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and file maintenance.

Manage and organize sales-related paperwork, contracts, and proposals.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with clients and potential customers to gather information, address inquiries, and provide basic product or service information.

Assist in managing client relationships by ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

Sales Coordination:

Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and events.

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Order Processing:

Process sales orders, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with relevant departments for timely delivery.

Sales Reporting:

Generate and maintain sales reports, including tracking sales performance metrics.

Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Inventory Management:

Collaborate with inventory or warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.

Assist in managing product listings and updates.

Market Research:

Conduct basic market research to identify potential leads and gather information on industry trends.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.

Support Sales Team:

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient communication and coordination.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments.

Communicate information regarding product updates, promotions, and company policies.
