Job Description
Reformed Marketing, Inc. is seeking Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to work inside retail locations in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a full-time, in-person role that involves direct customer interaction, product promotion, and sales.
No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client products and services within assigned retail locations
- Engage with customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Provide accurate product information and answer customer questions
- Promote and sell products and services to meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Track and report daily performance metrics as required
- Work both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to retail locations in Virginia Beach, VA
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and follow company processes

Work Environment
This position is located inside retail stores and requires standing, walking, and frequent face-to-face customer interaction throughout the shift.
