We’re currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
The Account Coordinator is the central hub that keeps things moving for their assigned brands. You’ll be part of a collaborative team supporting 60+ brands and 30+ Brand Sales Managers.
You’re highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with people. You’re comfortable juggling multiple deadlines, building strong relationships, and using systems (primarily our CRM) to keep everything running smoothly. We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and client-focused individual who enjoys being relied on.
What You Have
- A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role combined with a post-secondary education in business or a related discipline.
- Strong computer skills using MS Office.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Top-notch customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work together to achieve the best results and a proven can do/will do attitude.
- Track record of going above and beyond to deliver the unexpected.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to adapt in a constantly evolving media business.
- Capable of working remotely from a home office as well as in one of our office locations as required.

Base Salary Range: $50,000/yr – $55,000/yr
