Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Home Ventilator Specialist-$32–$36 per hour -Full-Time | Kingman, Arizona
P3SG is hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a growing respiratory care team serving patients throughout Kingman, Bullhead City, and Lake Havasu, AZ. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, mileage reimbursement, a sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact on patients receiving respiratory care at home.
This position is ideal for respiratory therapists with ventilator management, home care, DME, LTACH, or critical care experience who are seeking autonomy, patient-focused care, and long-term career growth.
Position Details
Location: Kingman, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Coverage Area: Kingman, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu
Pay Range: $32–$36 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000 available
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home respiratory patient assessments
- Manage and monitor ventilator-dependent patients
- Adjust ventilator settings according to physician orders
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment
- Troubleshoot oxygen, PAP, and ventilator equipment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up and support
- Participate in limited on-call ventilator coverage
Requirements
- Active Arizona RRT License
- Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience
- Experience working with ventilator patients
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-care environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Health experience
- DME experience
- Tracheostomy care experience
- Adult and Pediatric ventilator experience
- Long-Term Acute Care (LTACH) experience
- Experience training patients and family members on respiratory equipment
