Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests or needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to hospitality and customer service excellence is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
