Overview:
We are currently seeking a Roofer/Laborer to join our team. This position requires a skilled individual with experience in carpentry, maintenance person work, and general labor. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of various roofing techniques and be able to perform heavy lifting tasks. Blueprint reading skills and proficiency with hand tools are also necessary for this role.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with the installation and repair of roofs
– Perform general labor duties on construction sites
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
– Use hand tools and power tools as required
– Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently
– Ensure that all work is done according to specifications and blueprints
– Conduct caulking and sealing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a roofer or in a similar construction role
– Proficiency in carpentry and maintenance person work
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
– Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Salary: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
