The Role
As a Roof Technician at HAVN, you’re not just installing and repairing roofs — you’re learning the business from the ground up. Every job site is a classroom. Every customer interaction is a rep. The Techs who grow fastest here are the ones who treat Day 1 like an audition for where they want to be in 12 months.
You’ll work directly within our Production team, learning HAVN’s installation standards across multiple roof systems (shingle, tile, foam, coating). You’ll be expected to deliver a quality of work and customer experience that reflects who we are — and to hold that standard without being told.
What You’ll Do
- Execute roofing installations and repairs per manufacturer guidelines and HAVN production standards
- Represent HAVN on every job site — your work and your attitude are the brand
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and completed to workmanship standards daily
- Communicate clearly with Production and Service Managers
- Study the trade — the Techs who ask questions and want to understand why move up faster
- Show up as a team player who makes the crew around them better
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of roofing or construction experience (we’ll train the right person with strong work ethic)
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Ability to pass state and federal background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- English required; Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred — but your track record matters more than a diploma

Compensation & Benefits
- $17–$30/hour depending on experience and performance
