- Entry-Level Range: $63,840 – $138,320 per year.
- Top Performers: $226,800+ annually.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing Best Choice Roofing professionally to increase brand awareness.
- Conducting weather damage inspections (drones provided for steep roofs).
- Qualifying customers, knocking doors on damaged roofs, and setting appointments.
- Meeting homeowners and insurance adjusters to deliver proposals.
Requirements
- Resilience: Must be a self-motivated go-getter who can handle rejection and follow a proven system.
- Physical: Must be comfortable climbing a ladder to inspect roofs.
- Tools: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone.
- Traits: Professional appearance, strong people skills, and foundational honesty/integrity.
