The Work You Will Do
As a Nurse Team Lead you will be very
hands-on
in the community, providing direct client care, guiding a happy, healthy well-balanced team of care providers and building your client base all while making a difference in the communities we serve.
Assessment Delivery
Visit your Clients and Caregivers on a regular basis. This role is an active community position that requires regular home visits within the community. This role involves a high level of
hands-on
care, training and coaching including weekly onsite visits with clients and caregivers in the community. This role also includes community outreach where you will build partnerships and promote this
innovative
approach to home care.
