The role of Retention Manager is a new role at Westminster Toyota. It’s a chance to create something new and special and work directly with the senior management team. This is a position for somebody excited about forging their own path and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

As an Retention Manager you will:

Drive to make Westminster Toyota the #1 location in British Columbia

Cultivate strong connections with lease and service customers, prioritizing their satisfaction and loyalty to optimize long-term retention

Analyze vehicle market value trends using different market valuation tools

Schedule appointments with prospective sellers

Strategize, oversee, and assess the functioning of the Retention department with both retail and wholesale customers.

Perform detailed appraisals of vehicles and compare with market value analysis

Conduct in-depth analysis of market research and trends to ascertain consumer demand, sales potential, and the impact of competitors on sales.

Provide excellent customer experience

Staff development training and assist in hiring new staff

Develop targets and track to continually improve.

Formulate and execute marketing plans to retain existing customers.

Track, maintain and follow up prospective customers by using our CRM tools

Manage and supervise the retention team and ensure targets are met

Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Google suite of products to track market trends

Additional Information

Compensation: $80,000-$120,000/year
