Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, operating the cash register, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
Duties:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Operate cash register to process transactions accurately
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
– Provide product information to customers
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Experience:
– Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or cashiering preferred
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
– Bilingual proficiency is a plus
– Cash handling experience is desirable
– Ability to upsell products effectively
