Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and tidy
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store policies
- Prepare cooked lobster and maintain clean and organized seafood displays
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, is considered and asset
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for cash handling transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and stock management
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing store needs and assist with various duties as required

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
