Territory: Eastside of Cleveland – Mentor and Willoughby
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: make frequent & consistent store calls, meet client & company objectives by maintaining authorized & approved plan-o-gram on existing SKU’s. Product rotation, elimination of out-of-stock product & ensure inventory is available. Manage store audits & execute retail projects. Maintain communication with all retail personnel on store conditions. Maintain client objectives by ensuring placements of products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced & set to plan-o-gram. Achieve placement of authorized items at assigned stores which includes building displays. Maintain accurate records of all activity & correspondence
Requirements include but are not limited to: High School diploma or equivalent, self-driven, able to work independently, mathematical & analytical ability, good organizational skills, good physical dexterity, good written & verbal communication skills, detail oriented. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & proof of automobile insurance.
Experience as a Retail Sales Rep/Merchandiser is desired with 1 year experience preferred however will train.
