We are currently hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team. This position focuses on customer interaction, relationship building, retail sales support, and professional development within a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with customers in a retail environment
- Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
- Support customer engagement and daily sales operations
- Participate in ongoing sales
- Learn our clients sales systems
- Engage in a professional and collaborative team environment
- Assist with brand representation and customer support initiatives
- Contribute to team performance goals
- Implement new sales systems and processes for clients
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or sales is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in point of sale (POS) systems
- Bachelors degree preferred

Compensation
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
