DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help customers with making product selections.
Drives sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and knowledge sharing of the products.
Welcome customers with friendly greetings and hospitality.
Answers the inquiries of the customers.
Provides exceptional customer service.
Creates or modifies customer profile records to record sales.
Manages financial transactions.
Processes payments by totaling purchases.
Notifies management of any possible security problems.
Assists in inventory management, including receiving and storing products.
