Full job description
Lucky’s Exotic Bodega Corp is currently seeking full-time Retail Sales Associate (R.S.A) for our convenient store locations. As the primary point of contact for our customers, the R.S.A plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience at Lucky’s Exotic Bodega stores. The R.S.A is responsible for meeting sales targets, adhering to store procedures, and contributing to the success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic retail environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction and comfort.
Utilize product knowledge and sales metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
Achieve personal daily and weekly sales targets.
Assist store management in onboarding new associates.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and any inventory-related tasks as directed.
Use product knowledge to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Identify product and supply demands and report to the Store Manager.
Stay informed about new product information and store processes.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the storefront facility.
Responsively receive and act on internal communications from team leaders and management.
Receive shipments and stock store
Inventory orders and pricing
Collaborate with the team to uphold operational and visual merchandising standards.
Embrace and adapt to new technology, industry changes, and corporate policies.
Exhibit patience, courtesy, and the ability to remain composed at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be 19 years of age or older.
Ability to pass a background check and criminal record check.
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a retail-oriented environment.
Experience in a leadership role is considered an asset.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in general computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Effective communication skills.
Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
Proficiency in cash handling, using a POS system, and familiarity with opening/closing procedures of a retail business, product ordering, and inventory management.

Pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour
