You’ll help customers make informed buying decisions based on their needs while promoting store programs and maintaining presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in evaluating needs and making informed purchases
• Promote company programs and special offers to enhance customer engagement
• Maintain visual presentation through merchandising and recovery tasks
• Resolve customer issues with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Support other store areas as required for smooth operations
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in a sales or service role
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle trends and products
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s offerings is a plus
