Looking for a new and exciting job opportunity? We are looking for a Retail Leasing and Commuter Parking Analyst to join our team.


What You Will Do

  • Reporting to the Manager, Retail Leasing and Commuter Parking, you will analyze and support retail leasing and commuter parking programs to improve revenue and customer experience
  • Research industry trends and other transit systems to inform new ideas, models, and improvements
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; investigate variances and identify risks and opportunities
  • Track and evaluate performance of retail tenants and parking facilities (e.g., sales, compliance, occupancy, revenue trends)
  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making
  • Support lease negotiations with financial analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modelling
  • Manage and improve lease tracking systems, including rent, terms, sales, and fees
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, etc.) and external partners to gather data and drive initiatives
  • Assist with tenant management activities, including reviews, RFPs/RFIs, and growth opportunities
  • Evaluate pricing strategies, permit programs, and new technologies (e.g., mobile payments, automation)
  • Conduct studies and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, equity, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to planning for new or upgraded parking and retail spaces
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress to management and stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial and reporting activities
  • Support inclusive, accessible, and respectful workplace and customer environments
  • Perform other related duties as needed

What Qualifications Do You Bring

  • Completion of a college diploma or university degree in a relevant discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in a business or financial analysis role
  • Background in retail or commercial real estate experience would be an asset.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting financial reports
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and planning abilities
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate with all levels of an organization
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) accessibility and human rights requirements, including the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and AODA compliance
