Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Pizza Pizza in WINDERMERE TOWN. A Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while handling daily store operations at Pizza Pizza restaurant. This role includes delivering food at perfection, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking products, doing everyday prep and ensuring a safe and efficient environment for customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and front-counter.
- Ensure pizzas and other menu items meet Pizza Pizza’s quality and presentation standards.
- Train new employees on food preparation, customer service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Prepare employee work schedules and assign daily tasks.
- Monitor inventory and order food, packaging, and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health regulations throughout the restaurant.
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and preparing daily sales reports.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Reduce food waste and control labor and operating costs.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant, store management, or sales management with supervising experience MANDATORY.
- Willing to relocate/commute in WINDERMERE town.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20–25 kg (45–55 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
