Full job description
Need someone from the restaurant industry to look at the food menus and design catalogues.
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a must for data management
SQL experience a plus
What You’ll Do
– Support the overall process of setting up catalogs for new merchants being onboarded to the food ordering department, communicating status updates and ensuring process stays on track
– Understand the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, implementing processes that remove points of friction and streamline/speed the onboarding workflow
– Conduct thorough checks on merchant catalogs ahead of the launch
– Identify issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
– Work cross-functionally to improve merchant catalogs (e.g., adding additional product imagery)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
