Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Bar Manager to lead our bar operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves great drinks, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.
As Bar Manager, you’ll take ownership of the bar, ensuring smooth operations, strong team performance, and an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver top-notch service
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high standards for drink quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to hit targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Foster a fun, positive, and high-energy team environment
- Work with management to drive sales and enhance the guest experience
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bar management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
