Position Summary:
ReOx is looking for a Service Technician to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on life-sustaining respiratory equipment. You don’t need prior medical device experience—we provide the specialized training—but you must have a natural mechanical aptitude and a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Repair: Rebuild, repair, and test medical equipment according to strict manufacturer specifications.
Technical Benchwork: Use hand tools and cordless power tools to replace components and restore machines to peak performance.
Data Integrity: Accurately validate serial numbers and document repair data, parts usage, and billing information in our system.
Production Excellence: Maintain a consistent workflow to meet a target of 50 machine repairs per week.
Quality & Safety: Ensure your workstation remains clean and organized, following all safety protocols and reporting inventory or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Technical & Physical Aptitude:
- Mechanical Mindset: Proven ability to understand mechanical concepts and comfortably use hand/power tools.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday.
- Documentation Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately read and record long sequences of numbers (Serial IDs).
Computer & Professional Skills:
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Windows-based programs and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office / Office 365.
- Analytical Reading: Ability to follow and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Organizational Skills: A self-starter who can manage their time to meet daily production quotas.

Pre-Employment:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Education:
Technical College or Associate Degree preferred. High School graduate with relevant experience and training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of repair experience
Physical and environmental requirements:
- Able to lift 50 pounds regularly to table height (approx. 36”-48”).
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, overhead reaching are repeated throughout the day in this position.
- Exposure to warehouse conditions including non-climate controlled areas
- Standing and walking for majority of shift
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
Extra hours as may be necessary to support operations.
