Job Description
* This role will be responsible for planning and overseeing the staffing process. This role will be responsible for identifying the company’s staffing needs, scheduling of work, supporting the hiring process, and preparing day-to-day reports. This role requires
collaboration
with other departments to understand the staffing needs for current and future projects.
● On a daily basis, this role will be responsible for the identification of current and future project resource needs and taking appropriate action to fulfill the placement of both internal and contracted employees.
● Help plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategies.
● Participate in the development and maintenance of a global skills inventory for bench staff.
● Work with recruiting agencies when needed and assist in candidate screening and interviewing.
● Identify niche skills, and hard-to-fill roles and take proactive actions.
● Assist in new employee onboarding.
● Design and plan work shift schedules.
● Coordinate regular stakeholder meetings with team managers and contribute to the discussion of forecasting, staff levelling and new priorities with a view to pipeline project sand project impacts.
● Maintain a reporting dashboard and report regularly on staffing allocations for projects,identifying issues or gaps that could affect project timelines.
● Participate in the People Vendor Management process including gathering, identifying and documenting stakeholder requirements. Initiate internal process activities requiring formssubmittal, obtaining approvals and issuing direction to support the end-to-end process.
● Comply with the privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
