Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.

Reporting to the Control Centre, Team Lead, the Resource Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks for workforce planning. This position involves working independently and as part of a team, exercising judgment, initiative and multi-tasking skills.

What You’ll Do Here:

Coordinate, update, and maintain technician schedules.

Assist with technician onboarding procedures.

Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.

Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations.

Assists other staff in office duties as required.

Performs such other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.

What You Bring to the Team:

Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).

Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.

Ability to problem solve and work independently.

Excellent interpersonal, customer service.

Experience in an administrative/dispatch capacity considered an asset.

Strong telephone etiquette and dispatching experience is an asset.
