Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated licensed electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems in residential and small commercial settings with minimal supervision. It also includes running small to medium projects during the construction process. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical, construction, and the ability to learn new skills as required. It is a customer facing roll, so it will also involve a great deal of customer service, communication, and sales. The electrician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all electrical installations are completed safely and efficiently.
Duties
- Design and install electrical wiring systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment such as an multimeter to perform installations and repairs.
- Work on both high voltage and low voltage electrical systems as required.
- Communicate with other construction personnel or homeowners on-site to ensure project completion.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely while adhering to industry standards.
- Pursue advanced licensing and certifications to keep up with the ever growing electrical field.
- Drive and stock a company vehicle between jobs.
- Inform required parties of project timelines and arrival windows.
- Perform pre-job site visits and create estimates for projects with labor and materials.
- Provide feedback to ownership to improve operations and help the Company grow.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and testers commonly used in electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret manufacturer specifications.
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
- Be adaptable to changing jobsite or scheduling conditions
- Continually learn new skills and regulations

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
