Our client, a full-service property management company specializing in managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties is seeking a Residential Property Administrator to join their team in London Ontario.

Please note, this is a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days required in office.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Residential Property Administration will ensure a high level of customer service.

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000.

Location: London, ON. Hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Ensure a high level of customer service.

Deal with resident inquiries and complaints and escalate to Property Manager as required.

Analyze monthly reports for each property working closely with Property Managers and Property Accountants.

Prepare due diligence paperwork for properties.

Electronically file all relevant documents.

Ensure weekly reports are up to date and distribute reports to clients.

Process leasing applications.

Prepare lease packages and set up approved leases in Yardi.

Arrange new tenant hydro accounts.

Put tenants on notice as approved by the Property Manager.

Process rental payments in Yardi.

Run monthly billings in Yardi.

Add additional charges to tenants as required.

Prepare annual tax receipts.

Post NSF payments.

Issue Notice of Terminations.

Prepare bank deposits and collection letters.

Ensure legal notices are filed with the Paralegal.

Prepare collection files for past tenants.

Provide technical support for tenants on the portal.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in residential property administration.

Experience using Yardi.

Ability to craft N4’s, N7’s and N9’s.

Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

Highly organized with the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
