Our client, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Team supporting the agency. The ideal candidate will have dependability, dedication and imitative which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $64k – $76k
What’s the Job?
Plan daily work schedules and assign work to maintenance staff
Perform and document regular building and property inspections
Inspect routine work and workmanship
Regularequipment maintenanceand schedule inspections and replacements as required
What’s Needed?
Certificate of Qualification or Interprovincial Certification required
Minimum of 3 years experience supervisingdiversestaff
Knowledged of planned maintenance procedures, building codes, municipal bi-laws and provincial acts and regulations
Must have current First Aid and WHIMIS certificates
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
