Here’s what you need to know:
-We love our teams, employees and everything LOCAL
-We pay hourly/starting at $19.00 Per Hour (Plus Tips and Bonus). You will get your first raise after working with us for 3 months.
-The longer you work with our company, the higher your base pay will increase.
-We have paid holidays
-All the houses we clean are in Sarnia, Brights Grove and Camlachie.
-You will need to meet the team in Sarnia at the start of every day. (Car Required To Meet The Team. After meeting, you will use a company vehicle for travels throughout the day)
-Daytime shift
(Earliest start 7:00am — but typically start time is 730am and will most likely be done most days around 2-3pm. In the beginning, as the business grows some days will be earlier until spots are filled (30-90 days)
Responsibilities:
– Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
– Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
– Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
– Organize and tidy up rooms and common areas
– Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure high-quality service
– Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or damages
– Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
– Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning equipment
Requirements:
– Previous experience in house cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not required. A great attitude is never overlooked.
– Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks
– Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
– Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
– Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks while cleaning
