Job Description:
As an Airbnb Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction of our property. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment will contribute to our reputation for exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:Thoroughly clean and sanitize all rooms and common areas in the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and kitchen.
Ensure that all linens, towels, and supplies are replenished and of the highest quality.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window cleaning.
Guest Check-In/Check-Out:Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Communicate with guests to address their needs and respond to any special requests or concerns.
Inventory Management:Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
Report any maintenance or supply needs to the property manager or owner.
Communication:Provide feedback and communicate regularly with the property manager regarding property condition and guest feedback.
Report any damages or issues promptly and work to resolve them efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in a hospitality or short-term rental setting.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both with guests and team members.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
