Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and repair different types of roofing systems (EPDM, Asphalt, TPO, PVC) using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Operate heavy machinery, scaffolding, and other equipment safely during roofing projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to all MIOSHA safety protocols at all times.
Skills:
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy lifting techniques
- Extensive construction site experience with a focus on roofing projects.
- Knowledge of various roofing materials and its application.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work safely at heights while maintaining physical stamina for demanding tasks
