About the Role

Super Hire is supporting its client in hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Research Assistant to assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting across various projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy researching, organizing information, and generating insights to support business decisions.

The Research Assistant will work closely with internal teams to deliver accurate, structured, and timely research outputs in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online and industry research using credible sources and databases.
  • Collect, verify, and organize data into clear formats such as reports, summaries, or spreadsheets.
  • Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
  • Prepare research briefs, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of research findings and sources.
  • Support cross-functional teams with research-based insights.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and confidentiality of all collected data.
  • Perform additional administrative and research-related tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in research, data analysis, administration, or academic research is an asset.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with research tools and online data sources is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
