We offer market research and product incubation services driven by big data technologies, including online product research, market analysis and product strategy development, product design. Our clients are mainly technology companies in HR Tech and online recruitment industry.
Team
The research analyst will work with a small multi-cultural research & strategy team focus on providing business insight covering a varieties of research works. Team members including researchers & strategy managers / data engineers / product managers.
Location & working model
Office locates at 500 4th Avenue SW Suite, Calgary. We will use a hybrid working model, however, some level of in-house present will be needed (1-3 days a week depends on working situation). We do not accept pure remote working.
Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research Analyst. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, data collection and data analyzing, preparing reports, and communicating insights to stakeholders. The Research Analyst will be located in Calgary, AB with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in market research and data analysis
Proficient in excel / statistical analysis software
3 years + experience with 2 years in research related fields
Experience or knowledge in the following areas would be beneficial:
Experience in internet / technology / consulting industry with market / product research projects
Bachelor’s degrees in statistics, economics, or related field
Proficiency in statistics and statistical analysis tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
